In my life experience, I have seen a lot of different operations using all different kinds of systems, growing every imaginable kind of crop you could think of.

I used to be on the bandwagon promoting hydroponic plant culture where ever I went. I would tell people that hydroponics was the future of Agriculture with the promise of higher plant yields, no weeds, no concern about soil quality and less labor.

I am not a novice in the industry and my first introduction to hydroponic plant culture was in 1980 and I have seen hundreds of millions of plants cultivated in hydroponic systems all over North America.

Furthermore, I taught greenhouse horticulture for 18 years. I ran an agricultural research laboratory for seven years and have worked as a general horticultural consultant for 17 years.
